You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, 21 in some states) and allowed to take part in daily fantasy contests where you live. DFSMax does not run contests or take entries. It builds and analyses lineups that you upload to contest sites yourself.
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in Account → Billing, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Upgrades take effect now with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Projections, simulations and recommendations are estimates. Contest outcomes are uncertain and you can lose your entry fees. Nothing in DFSMax is financial advice.
No scraping, reselling, sharing accounts, or attempts to break or overload the service.
DFSMax is not affiliated with DraftKings or FanDuel. Their rules govern your contest entries.
